Job Description

Smile Digital Health makes it easy for healthcare stakeholders to collect and exchange data with our leading FHIR-based data liberation platform.We reduce barriers between information and care for those who deliver or consume health services and products and whose roles or care are hindered by fractured, inaccessible or complex information systems.Let’s make a difference!BE PART OF THE TEAM WORKING TOWARDS #BETTERGLOBALHEALTHThis role manages the assigned product development marketing efforts, with the goal of supporting and driving revenue growth and market share. The incumbent provides guidance to the product marketing specialists and develops product marketing strategies in alignment with the Smile Digital Health’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate the development of the assigned product marketing strategies, messaging, campaigns and sales and marketing content to support all product verticals. This includes defining the unique value proposition of a product and position it effectively in the market.
  • Manage and develop the Product Marketing team.
  • Support development of go-to-market plans designed to promote and demonstrate value of Smile Digital Health solutions and driving demand
  • Develop product marketing strategies and sales enablement for new products and services that comply with Smile Digital Health’s corporate brand image.
  • Work with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, as well as the sales team to identify target markets and buyer personas. Lead development and definition of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas to inform the development and manage the execution of targeted multi-channel campaigns to generate awareness, brand affinity, and demand (including email marketing and paid digital ads)
  • Create product marketing collateral and content such as case studies, website copy, blog posts, and videos to promote Marketplace and Marketplace app developer partners.
  • Perform competitive analysis of relevant competitor technology vendors, analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop informed and effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and behaviors.
  • Manage product events, in collaboration with the corporate marketing team, such as kiosk participation at major marketing events (e.g. HLTH, HIMSS, ViVE)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Strategic Growth departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in enterprise B2B product marketing or solution marketing. Experience in the healthcare technology environment, preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field of study such as business, marketing, or applicable field combined with in-depth knowledge and understanding building B2B marketing strategies.
  • Natural collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on business growth.
  • Effective product market research skills, ability to understand technical concepts and information to translate complex ideas into client-friendly language.
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use software including Windows/Mac, Google Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, preferred.
  • Must comply with appropriate background check requirements such as but not limited to: criminal, exclusion screening, credit, education, etc. Such checks are based on the job requirements. The incumbent may be required to re-verify the required checks on an annual basis or from time-to-time as determined by the Company.
