Reporting to Director, People and Organization Development, the Manager, Recruitment and Employee Experience will be a member of a dynamic and highly collaborative People Leadership Team (PLT), contributing to the implementation of IWK Health’s People Strategy and aligning it with strategic and operational plans.In this newly created role, you will work closely with the leadership team to lead the development of recruitment, retention, and employee experience strategies for all IWK Health’s employees and support physicians.
