The Fog Company Manager will perform supervisory duties in the restaurants. Including but not limited to:Opening and closing the space and completing checklists with staffLiaise with guests including guest recoveryFull cycle recruitment for hourly staffTraining and development for hourly staff, including training paths for new hiresCreation of staff schedulesPerformance management of hourly staff including one-on-one’s, performance reviews and progressive discipline up to termination.Completion and review of daily logbookInventory, ordering and invoicing through Optimum ControlMaintenance of entire space including ice cream machine, coffee machine and glass washers.Daily accounting/cashout practicesSupervisory or management experience in a restaurant or quick service environmentYou have superior verbal and written communication skillsYou demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work** We thank all applicants for their interest in Freehand Hospitality; however, only suitable candidates will be contacted to continue the application process. **Freehand Hospitality #39;s Diversity Commitment At Freehand Hospitality, we are committed to treating every employee with dignity and respect.
