• Manage External Agencies – Procure and coordinate with creative and digital marketing agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management - Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor and Analyze KPIs - Establish key performance indicators to assess pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.
• Adapt and Optimize Plans - Continuously refine marketing strategies based on

The Person

• Experience - Preferably 2+ years in a marketing role, but talent and passion are paramount.
• Education - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
