As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clinic #39;s smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, assisting healthcare professionals, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage confidential information.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks and clinical duties as needed.
  • Process billing and insurance claims.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certificate in Medical Office Administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
