Together we unite and inspire all Canadians to change the future of cancer.JOB OVERVIEWReporting to the Senior Manager, Monthly Giving, the Monthly Giving Specialist will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of the monthly donor development and fulfill the channel and campaign conversion requirements while measuring and analyzing performance analytics reporting to drive revenue growth.This position will be an integral member of the Mass Marketing team and will support the Direct Response and Innovation department as the data segmentation and analytics specialist, working with external vendors and agencies and internal teams to refine targeting selection criteria and deliver on actionable insights to optimize the campaign.This position requires a highly analytical, detailed-oriented self-starter who thrives within an entrepreneurial environment.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Provide day-to-day execution of the monthly giving program to support National (English and French) Mass Marketing revenue goals.
  • Work with internal and external teams to coordinate all take-to-market activities associated with monthly giving acquisition strategies.
  • Report on monthly giving acquisition, retention and attrition trends.
  • Develop campaign briefs and data requests, coordinate work-back schedules, develop training materials, key messages, FAQ and presentations to support monthly giving acquisitions internally and externally.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor meetings, document action items, edit scripts and monthly acquisitions collateral to support growth activities and the launch and testing of new monthly product, segment, and channel processes.
  • Liaise with the stewardship team to ensure the monthly giving program value proposition is fulfilled.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure recurring payment processes are in place to support monthly channel, product, and segment retention key performance indicators.
  • Budget management including tracking, processing, and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Act as the prime contact for all monthly giving donor questions and escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit all monthly giving marketing collateral including acquisitions tools and internal readiness/process documents.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Monthly Giving to optimize businesses processes and direct marketing solutions including data mapping, targeting, integration, data hygiene and data flow, to enhance capabilities, contact and conversion KPIs.
  • Monitor and measure the segment, channel, product progress and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and oversee the data targeting selection criteria and multi-layered segmentation plan and collaborate with the analytics team to build sophisticated output lists.
  • Analyze and gather data to report for cross-functional partners and recommend data-driven insights to boost the campaign performance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and build relationships with business and technical partners to design the approaches that drive fundraising success and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly giving portfolio performance and evaluate opportunities and risk.
  • Monitor external markets and continually assess cross-industry best practice and new business models to enhance CCS marketing strategies and drive program growth.
  • Support the Direct Response and Innovation team to troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and implement solutions & best practices in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality, data management and moves management policies and overall Salesforce system usage.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree required, in a related field (preferably Marketing or Business) with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Exceptional track record in executing and evaluating successful national fundraising programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of direct response marketing, product marketing, and donor engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set priorities, demonstrate a positive attitude, troubleshoot and problem solve independently using sound judgement.
  • Professional presence with excellent communication skills.
  • French fluency is an asset.
