Reporting to the Regional Manager, MDU & SMB the successful candidate will be accountable for leading an OSL Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Neighbourhood Field team within their region.Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment while leading individuals as well as a team of up to fifteen members.Primary Responsibilities:As the Neighbourhood Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Field Manager, you’ll be accountable to deliver the strategy and execution of such functions as:Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize ROIMeeting sales targets as set by managementManaging a team of ~15 Neighbourhood MDU Field RepresentativesMaximizing in-field time spent coaching and mentoring Neighbourhood MDU Field RepresentativesDevelop and lead motivational team meetings on a regular basisResponsible for performance managementManage their teams weekly schedule as well as payroll / vacation requests, inclusive of providing employee direction regarding questions related to OSL, payroll, vacation & expensesWorking closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programsProviding sales performance reports on a weekly basisEnsuring project deadlines and deliverables are metProviding feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.Builds and maintains positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff and regularly follows up to ensure Bell products and services are favorably presented to prospective tenantsDevelop and execute MDU Lobby, Off-Site & Local Community Events to maximize market shareGather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence for assigned territorySupport the recruitment of new team membersVarious other duties as requiredEducation, Experience And Skills:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales team management, preferably in telecom industryExperienced leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating residential marketsInspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive resultsCustomer service-oriented Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative.Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate levelAbility to perform with minimal supervisionExcellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skillsProven time management skills in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel through assigned territoryMust hold a valid driver’s licenseBilingualism is an assetCore Competencies:Great strategic planning and problem-solving skillsResearch skills used to seek out opportunities to improve sales in their sales territoryStrong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, as well as develop effective solutions.Ability to work with cross functional teams toExcellent multi-tasking and time management skills, self-starter who takes initiativeAbility to prioritize and lead their team under pressureStrong people management skillsCollaboration and teamwork skillsWhat's Offered:Competitive base pay, commissions and incentivesHealth paid benefitsTools for success - smartphone, branded company clothing and ID badge.Coaching - Paid training program to help you master your roleMentorship - Ongoing coaching to ensure your successWork/Life Balance - Flexible work schedule; evening and weekend work may be required.Working Conditions:Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekendsAbility to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditionsWe thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
