We’re interested in candidates who thrive in an environment where a focus on excellence, identifying new approaches and solutions and continual service improvement drive us towards the delivery of quality services.About Our OpportunityAs the Network Analyst (CSO 1-2) you will work on the day to day network tasks and provide assistance to the network support team. You will have overall responsibility for the analysis, development and implementation of mission critical networking projects.Being one of the network analysts, you will help the support team to:

  • Implement network solutions based on the Government’s technology, security and architecture standards.
  • Configure layer 2 and 3 protocols, including, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, QOS, etc.
  • Work on different networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, LDAP, SMB, SSH, Wi-Fi, etc.).
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco systems.
  • Work with other IT groups to meet their technical needs.
  • Solve problems and issues reported by business clients.
  • Set priorities in cooperation with the manager.
  • Meet project deadlines.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications and ExperienceGraduation from a recognized Information Technology Program. An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.Must have a CCNA certification. Ideally, you must have a proven record and ability to maintain and support a network infrastructure. You will be flexible and adaptable to ever changing priorities and legacy and new technologies. You would be extensively knowledgeable and highly skilled in Cisco (LAN and WLAN ) and preferably in Cisco ISE, must have Knowledge in layer 2 and 3 protocols including; TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, and BGP, etc.You must demonstrate a high degree of logical problem-solving ability with well-developed oral and written communication skills. You should have experience in Project Management and Change Management and working on ticketing systems.
