Not long after their team exploded with talented individuals, who apply their expert skills to each step of the process and help each client achieve an outstanding result.Leaman Murray is looking to hire an Office Support Assistant/Receptionist to work in ourHalifax Real Estate Office.Job Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Communicate with office staff, outside professionals and customers in-person, by phone call and by email.
  • Database Management, collecting, providing and inputting data.
  • Inventory Management
  • Manage office supplies and order refills
  • Schedule and change appointments.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Providing support to the Marketing and Public Relations Assistant
  • Support planning of social activities, programs and events
  • Providing administrative support to all staff and licensed salespersons.
  • Interacting with Real Estate Professionals
  • Interacting with the Real Estate Industry
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Post Secondary education (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in the real estate industry would be of a great advantage to the candid
(preferred but not required)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable taking instructions and receiving constructive criticism
  • Experience in Client/Customer Services.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients
  • Outgoing and optimistic with exceptional customer service skills
  • Higher achiever committed to putting clients first
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and organized time effectively
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Excellent work ethic, punctual
  • Participate in additional training when needed
