  • Oversee the day-to-day office operation to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Create a fun and efficient workplace for employees.
  • Plan and execute a wide range of duties related to the hiring process, internal company events, and day-to-day office life.
  • Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing and maintaining the best policies, standards, and procedures for their company
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries, including managing the relationships with the landlord, service providers, and Admin&HR related external consultants
  • Plan, organize, and execute office activities such as arranging meetings, team-together events, and ordering supplies.
  • Support the management team in a wide range of administrative/HR services, including meetings and travels arrangements.
  • Partner with hiring managers for position requisition, hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of new hires.
  • Maintain and update the code of conduct, policies, and procedures to keep the smooth running of the company.
  • Manage and maintain benefits administration and other human resource functions.
  • Coordinate to deliver performance review processes.
  • Maintain and track human resource database and employee records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare human resource documents as required, including the letters of employment, job offers, contracts, agreements, etc.
  • Provide receptionist functions by performing duties including, but not limited to, handling and greeting visitors in a professional manner and processing telephone calls.
  • Assist in sending and receiving mails, couriers, and deliveries, including filing and distributing received files.
  • Complete other administrative duties as required.

  • Minimum two years of proven experience in office management and administration or HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proactive professional with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in team settings valuing a diverse and inclusive fast-paced work environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applicants.
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
  • Experience planning events for internal staff and vendors.
  • A degree or certification in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn with the ability to be accountable for their own work.
  • Able to be self-driven, fast learner, and help others in the team wherever necessary.
