Our clients come from a wide range of industry sectors that include aerospace, defense, marine, security, transportation, consumer products, gaming, medical, scientific, HVAC, telecom, material handling, and environmental industries.We continue to experience record growth and are currently looking for an operations Manager in our fast-paced Manufacturing facility in the Greater Moncton area.ROLE SUMMARYOversee all the daily operations and to carry out the company vision and directives. To be successful in this role, you must be a hands-on leader and a confident decision-maker who can instill a culture of coaching, mentoring and development as well as fostering an environment of employee empowerment. You need to be flexible and be willing to think outside the box when necessary.Constantly evaluate our operational activities to ensure we make the best use of our resources and rationalize cost, bring maximum value to our customers, ensure we meet our profitability targets and remain competitive. Assist in developing operating budgets.Organize and oversee the effective and efficient manufacturing of products by ensuring the necessary resources and coordination of processes, guiding a qualified and engaged workforce, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are a must.Lead the effort of continuous improvement of processes, operations and optimize performance through the collaboration of all team members in the identification of opportunities, analysis, assessment, technical design, actionable recommendations and implementation of new and improved process models, structures, and business practices. Strong interpersonal and relationship‐building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships within cross functional teams.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in engineering
  • A suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered
  • Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written is essential
  • As an ideal candidate, you have a track record of outstanding managerial experience.
  • You’ve previously managed day-to-day operational activities, including production and accounting processes.
  • Good business acumen and a minimum of 5 – 10 years management experience in a manufacturing facility.
