We are also home to a supportive workforce dedicated to helping all our customers with quality products and exceptional service.PART-TIME ORDER/PROJECT DESK ASSOCIATEAs an Order/Project Desk Associate you will partner with customers to fully understand their needs and assist in planning home renovation projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, Order/Project Desk Associates are able to make recommendations which solve customers’ problems.Responsibilities

  • Work safely.
  • Adds value to the customer’s buying experience by making recommendations.
  • Works with co-workers and vendors to support customers’ needs.
  • Keeps current with trends in a constantly changing industry.
  • Providing superior customer service – this includes greeting customers, providing information and completing sales.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail
  • Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of lumber and building materials is an asset.
