A leader in our sector, we are a well-established food distribution company, headquartered in downtown Halifax, shipping our products to domestic and export markets.You will be based at our head office and responsible for the input of customer orders and invoicing using a Microsoft Dynamics system, preparation of bills of lading and other shipping documentation, the submission of completed documents to warehouses and transport companies, as well as other related duties.This is a full-time contract position for a period of 10 months.Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills are required, with a high degree of accuracy. Applicants should have good organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. Some post-secondary education would be an asset. Previous experience with shipping documentation would be an asset, but it is not required. Applicants should possess good written and verbal communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 10 monthsSalary: $20.00-$22.00 per hourSchedule:
