Position DetailsPosition InformationPosition Title Part-Time Academic (HESA 4002) Health Human Resource Management Winter 2023Posting Number PTAP1693PDepartment/Unit School of Health AdministrationLocation HalifaxJob Summary & Key ResponsibilitiesThe sessional lecturer will teach a one-half credit course, HESA 4002 Health Human Resource Management, in the Diploma in Health Services Administration program during the winter term (January to April 2023). For the course description please refer to the Dalhousie Academic Calendar. Responsibilities include: all aspects of teaching and administering the online course via Dalhousie University’s e-learning system; course preparation including course content for lectures, test/assignments/exam preparation and evaluation/marking of student course work, as well as, providing tutorial support to students. The Sessional Lecturer is the Professor of Record for this course. The position reports to the Director of the School.Qualifications/Requirements of PositionMaster’s degree in health administration; training and/or professional experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in the speciality of health human resource.
