Servers at Serpent Brewing hold a vital position in the business. The manner in which our products are delivered to our customers directly impacts their experience. Receiving valuable feedback from customers as they enjoy not only our products but the various events and experiences offered in the taproom is crucial for management and production staff and ultimately determines the success of the business.Duties: Greeting customers, seating customers.Following all industry standard safety protocols safety and customer management.Giving detailed descriptions of new products and core brands, determining experience level of new customers and suggesting appropriate products.Taking table or take-out orders. Pouring and serving flights, pints, etc. to customers.Filling GrowlersEvaluating keg, can, bottle, and merch stockCleaning all facilities in and around the brewery. Mopping floors, cleaning toilets, cleaning vanities, sweeping etc.Delivering product and signage from our location to markets or festivals, setting up markets or festivals and serving product.All other tasks in and around the brewery as necessaryRequirements:Steel toed-non slip footwear19+Craft beer serving experience or relevant experience in the industry.Passion for serving craft beer and being an ambassador for our industry and brandWHMIS/Serve RightAbility to lift 40lbsAbility to manoeuvre 120 lbsAbility to work long hours in standing positionJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 25-35 per weekSalary: $13.60 per hourBenefits:
