Personal Attendant Training Program: Shannex Care at HomeStarting on June 13 th – June 17 th , 2022 ; we are offering a Personal Attendant Training Program. It is a tuition free program with a minimal cost of $45 for materials associated with the U-First certificate.The Care at Home Personal Attendant Training Program is an intensive, one week training program designed to teach students how to be a great caregiver with the confidence to help our clients in all aspects of their lives. Teaching topics will include: Customer and Philosophy of Service, UFirst Certificate (Dementia and Alzheimer’s), End of Life Care, personal care, body mechanics, routine practices and client safety.Employment is guaranteed upon completion focusing on clients’ needs at Parkland at the Gardens, Parkland Clayton Park, and Parkland at the Lakes, all located in HRM.At Shannex we share a common primary objective to address the individual needs of every client.
