Seeking personal support worker. It is important that the person in this role sees themselves as taking on a supportive, client-centered approach, (taking my lead) rather than “care-giving†and has a willingness to learn. No experience in personal support work required. On-the-job training will be provided by the employer.Candidates must adhere to public health guidelines. Personal protective equipment is provided for use according to the Health Authority guidelines for home support workers under COVID-19.
