As an integral member of the Corporate Planning team, the Planningamp; Performance Coordinator will assist inamp; contribute to organizing the annual Business Planningamp; Budget cycle for HRM. This work includes coordinating strategicamp; service outcome content, organizing corporateamp; community performance measurement initiatives, supporting service/data analysis processes, integration of enterpriseamp; operational risk initiatives into the business planning process, as well as a variety of related duties in support of corporate initiatives.The Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting HRM Directorsamp; Service Area Managers in development of key performance indicators (KPI #39;s), service standardsamp; targets that clearly articulate thequot;ideal state quot; HRM services -amp; working with Senior Business Performance Analyst ensure accountability frameworks are establishedamp; followed.
