  • Complete daily preparation offood
  • Ensure food is prepped with a high quality and in a timelyfashion
  • Maintain the kitchen cleanliness andsanitation
  • Organize work areas as well as storageareas
  • Maintain a high standard of safety andsanitation
  • Communicate with kitchen staff, cooks, sous chef, and the HeadChef
  • Follow instructions as directed by Sous Chef or HeadChef
  • Assist in all areas of the kitchen asrequired
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safetystandards
  • Clean kitchen and workarea
  • Follow all operations policies andprocedure
  • Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and funatmosphere
