Job Description

A Product Operations Lead will be a hands on product developer that streamlines operational tasks (for both customers and chefs).Responsibilities

  • Hands on product developer who acts as a bridge between the Marketing and Engineering team
  • Building an effective product loop by capturing and managing customer feedback
  • Adapting to the new ways of working by running the day-to-day operations, yet primarily focusing to build innovative ways that improve operational efficiency
  • Improving CX Customer Experience, for both the chefs and the customer
  • Excellent written and communication skills
Qualifications
  • Technology degree (Data analysis, Operations, Supply chain or Engineering)
  • Love for Food-Tech and this growing space!
  • Critical eye for details and innovation
  • 1-3 years experience in Product Development and/or Operations
  • Have a “Lead by doing” mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Open to sharing ideas and bringing new ones to table
  • Be able to handle uncertainty and last minute customer or chef requests
  • Have a positive and “can do” attitude
  • Have a good sense of humour, love for travel, food and all startups!
This is a contract role for 4 months, but a high probability to move into a full time-permanent role.Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 4 monthsSalary: Up to $5,000.00 per monthSchedule:
