The Program manager is expected to lead the development and implementation of new care models with a goal of improving patient care throughout the continuum of rehabilitation services. The Program Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of services and daily operations of people-centred programs within and external to Nova Scotia Health. Related to this the Program Manager is expected to partner with provincial initiatives that support their clinical area, and to play a leadership role in the creation and implementation of a planning framework to develop a cohesive provincial strategy sustainable rehabilitation programs.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
