Accountable for management and performance of both departments.Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department.Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage departmentDirects safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team.About YouIn addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:You hold a University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education.2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environmentYou are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment.Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset.About UsIt all began in 1988 when our Founder, Joseph Shannon, purchased a single nursing home in his hometown of Sydney, Cape Breton.
