We are presently seeking a full time Residential Guest Services Agent to join our team. If youbelieve you have what it takes to help us raise the bar, we would love to hear from you.Reporting to the Assistant Property Manager, the Residential Guest Services Agent will be situated atthe Queen’s Marque, located on the Halifax Waterfront. The Residential Guest Services Agent will be the“face” of the residential building and will elevate residents’ experience through exceptional, refinedcustomer service. Their bureau will act as the hub for resident activity planning requiringknowledgeable, prompt recommendations for residents. Many residents will depend heavily upon theResidential Guest Services Agent, making the position respected and highly regarded.Responsibilities will include greeting residents and guests; welcoming and assisting with their day-to-dayactivities. Our candidate will respond to all resident inquiries and will assist in coordinating services. Oursuccessful candidate will enforce onsite policies and procedures while reporting emergencies,maintenance concerns and building component failures to the onsite operations team. You will maintaina neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances.Our ideal candidate will be both personable and professional. Flexible and accommodating. A strongcommand of the English language is a must. Strong listening skills are required to both understand andanticipate the needs and wishes of residents. Bringing 3 + years of robust customer service experience,the successful incumbent will be a team player, have demonstrated problem solving skills and will beavailable for a variety of scheduled shifts between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm.
