If you share our values and would like to work with a skilled professional team, Armour is presently seeking a Roving Maintenance to join our growing team in Halifax, Nova Scotia location.Reporting to a team of Property Managers, the Roving Maintenance position assists in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple properties in the HRM including downtown Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth.This is a permanent, full-time position which requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends.The general presentation of the properties in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include light maintenance; painting, plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, building repairs, cleaning. Roving Maintenance will also provide customer service to our tenants and support completion of any tenant requests.The successful candidate will have at least 4 years customer service experience in cleaning, maintenance, security or another related role. Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs is considered a must. Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems is also considered an asset. The ability to follow instructions and implement company practices and procedures are a must.We offer RRSP’s, extended health benefits and a bonus potential.
