Employees are immersed in a culture of learning and constant growth.Investment in key partnership with universities, government and private sector groups which has resulted in IBM having a key influencing role in Nova Scotia’s ICT industry, especially in talent development.Roles and Responsibilities:Analyses, defines and documents client requirements and translates them into testing stories and acceptance cases.Document expected and actual outcomes of automated processes.Works with RPA developers to help troubleshoot and understand potential flaws in new/existing processes.Identify potential edge cases and complete regression testing.Deliverables and Description:Produces various user acceptance test cases, executes regression testing, documents outcomes and reports results/solutions back to the team.RequirementsUnderstanding and experience in RPA space as a tester/developer.Recognized QA certification or Degree/Diploma in computer science.Experience testing in a cross-platform environment (Windows, Linux, Unix).Experience within an Agile environment.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.Must be able to conceptualize and verbalize the benefits of technology in solving real business problems.Must be located on-site at IBM office in Bedford, NS.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance oriented role.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseEligible for L1 or L2 Security ClearanceMust have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.About Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
