Company description:As a growing new residential custom home builder in Nova Scotia, Citadel Homes Inc. prides itself in providing turnkey packages for its clients in the Halifax, Kings, Hants, and Annapolis Counties. We focus primarily on manufactured homes such as mini homes, modular homes, bungalow, cottages, 2 story, split entry, and cape cods.Our turnkey packages include everything from site preparation, well, septic, driveway excavation, backfill, foundation up to the complete construction of the home ready to move in.To help with our growth, we are currently recruiting someone to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Coordinator, who will work with the sales team to assist them with customer meetings, marketing, social media, and responding to sales leads received by phone, email and through social media.Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately,Managing incoming sales calls and providing customers with basic information about the building process and our products and services,Manage the company website and social media sites (Facebook, Kijiji, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter) frequently and in a timely manner, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, and posting marketing media to promote company growth,Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends,Creative writing for marketing and social media outlets,Schedule meetings for the sales team,Responding to customer's email inquiries,Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Sales and the sales team and assisting with client meetings,Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,Highly organized with attention to detail,Showing customers around the model homes,Customer-focus and dedicated to delivering quality customer service,Perform final walk through with customers at closing and assure all proper documentation is signed at closingAssist with the scheduling of New Home Evaluation repairs and adjustments.Requires strong oral and written communication skills,Ability to work both independently and cohesively in a team environment,Experience in the construction industry, manufactured homes, or real estate would be considered an asset.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, plus occasional Saturday shifts 10am-2pm during busy season.
