Here is an amazing opportunity for an Experienced LLQP Licensed Sales Manager! Our Mutual Insurance company is currently growing into the largest in the country.We are looking for fully licensed individual who is a self-confident leader, who is extremely confident and has enthusiasm. You must be patient with new hires, have earlier experience recruiting and mentoring advisors both new and experienced! You need to be motivated and eager to grow in this career by developing and training an industry leading sales team. Earlier experience managing a team preferred. Consideration will be given to senior agents with a full LLQP license and proven experience within the industry providing you have both Life and DI sales experience.Responsibilities

  • Continue self-development through industry and training courses
  • Aid and coach agents with sales calls for new and existing business
  • Professional training, mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support
  • Build productive and enduring customer relationships in and around your community
  • Proven success in achieving financial sales targets and performance goals
