In aerospace, transportation, defence, security and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrows possible.Position SummaryThe Thales Coastal Scheduler will coordinate, prepare, monitor and maintain Thales In-Service Support (ISS) work period work lists and develop schedules, providing accurate and timely reports as required to support ISS Enterprise.Responsible to meet contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements within the program in accordance with Thales guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Thales Coastal Scheduler is responsible to the Thales Coastal Planning Team Lead for the coordination, preparation, monitoring and maintenance of Waterfront Maintenance packages and schedules. The preparation and maintenance of these maintenance packages and schedules is done in conjunction with the various stakeholders (ie Ship Maintenance Lead, Team Leaders, FMF, and Sub-Contractors) as required. The work packages will be used to identify and validate that all required maintenance has been identified in the appropriate work period. The schedules will be used to identify the program critical paths in conjunction with end customers and other project companies and manage the work periods.The role of the Coastal Scheduler is to develop maintenance work packages and schedules.
