Job Description

Do you need a flexible schedule Do you like to travel Are you looking for a job that can help you growMaverickXM is currently looking to hire on Brand Ambassadors to join our roster. As a Brand Ambassador your job can consist of many different roles and responsibilities. We hire our Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients in-field. We attend trade shows, music festivals and many other types of community events within the Maritimes. It will be your job to be in-field and engage participants and event guests to participate in our activity/offer. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals that can bring positive engagements.Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Must have a high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong social skills: ability to speak to strangers
  • An interest in developing brand awareness through marketing, promotions, or sales
  • Must be dependable and show a sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Educate customer, guests and attendees on products and services.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Driven and motivated
  • Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to work alone and with minimal supervision
  • 1 or more years of experience in a similar role considered a strong asset
  • 19+
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Casual, SeasonalContract length: 6 monthsSalary: $14.37-$18.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
  • Retention bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Brand Ambassador: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
  • French (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Class 5 Licence (preferred)
Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (preferred)
  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
