Join the Marriott family today!The RoleAs a 2nd cook, you will be an important member of a team that creates an atmosphere of supporting guest expectations, each and every shift. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food in one of our many sections of the kitchen, including a la carte and banquets, reporting to the kitchen CDP and 1st Cooks, working according to menu specifications, and controlling food waste in your section.You will follow and ensure compliance with safe food handling policies, including personal hygiene procedures. You will report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership, protecting company assets, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
