Discover how you can grow your career, make impact and drive real change with our Winning Team today.Working ArrangementHybridJob DescriptionUnderstand and analyze the problems and needs of the organizational unit, define problem-solving requirements, and support the implementation of solutions or responses that meet these requirements.Responsibilities- Manage the Resolution of Business Problems- Take on the accountability for major business problems- Manage and take accountability of escalations by being the point of contact.- Having direct contact with Plan Sponsors as well as all the value stream leaders working on initiatives that impact Affinity and the ability to build relationships with Plan Sponsors by having regular direct contact with sponsors.- Influence proper business engagement in solutions- Coordinate business side communications- Work with systems reps to help prioritize their service to the business- Organize business team #39;s engagement with problem resolution- Support problem resolution through root cause analysis- Communicate business impacts to processing teams- Lead activities that support Operational problem resolution,quot;translate quot; impact and risks to business cost and productivity impact- Identify trends and potential problem sources by reviewing previous processing issues- Coordinate meetings with Business teams and leaders to resolve problems- Maintain inventory of problems under analysis and their current progress and status- Follow up on issues and progress with problem owners where necessary- Propose, build and maintain best practices and processes- Manage the Improvement of Processes- Prioritize requests- Investigate and organize analysis, impact to productivity, cost, risk- Propose, plan and initiate proves improvements- Organize business involvement in releases (UATamp; Production)- Work with the operational areas to champion the vision of where we want the processes to be to deliver most customer satisfaction, efficiency and productivity- Initiate process changes that better meet the requirements of the business- Regular elicitation of requirements from the business- Act as Liaison between the Business and Value Stream/Initiatives- Act as a SME- Take on the business responsibility of problem resolution- Lead and /or support initiatives through input about the function and related processes- Assess risk, impact to processing teams and propose mitigation techniques- Escalate issues and propose solutions- Understand business related constraints- Communicate updates and progress timely and efficiently so that operational leaders understand the impact on their teams- Influence business decisions that positively impact processing teamsHow will you create impactWorks largely independently; implements initiatives that affect clients #39; financial situation, services, customer retention, and business finances; promotes growth.The person must be able to carry out their responsibilities in different areas of activity, as long as they are similar.
