We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk & Compliance coordinator . If you are on top of your profession and possess the following key skills, we invite you to apply to our openings.The Service Desk Support Staff role is a non-technical, administrative position requiring the successful application to wok in a fast-pace collaborative environment. The applicant would ensure standardized procedures are followed to meet change requests in a timely manner.In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.The Service Desk support staff is responsible to coordinate and obtain approvals for all change request and to ensure that all request go through the appropriate change management process before implementing.Required Skill Set:
  • Strong organizational planning and scheduling skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
  • A sense of urgency for task completion and for client expectations
  • Detail oriented, focused and ability to work independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Must be consistent, punctual and reliable
  • Commitment to quality and to customer service
  • Working knowledge of office automation productions, particularly Work, Excel, Mail tools
  • Demonstrate initiative / willingness and be proactive to ensure client needs are met in a timely fashion
Must be located on-site at IBM office in Bedford, NS.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
