The work of SFDC PMO/Program/Project Managers will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.Once You Are Here, You Will:Maintain overall responsibility for project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration (in SOW) to ensure the success of the projectUnderstand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project successDaily activities include but are not limited to:Lead of project team ensuring on time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget[BM1] [RK2] [ML3]Maintain daily Client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issuesProvide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholdersManage good onsite-offshore co-ordination for optimal service deliveryReview and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documentsManage teams of hard-working individuals and promote team cohesivenessRequired Qualifications:9 Years of work experience in IT Project implementation5 Years of leading Agile methodology projects3+ Years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com Implementation Projects with at least 3+ Years managing and understanding of general Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com CapabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:PMI PMP/ACP Certification preferredSalesforce.com Certifications preferredComprehensive understanding of Project Delivery Lifecycle and Agile MethodologiesIdeal Mindset:Encouragement. You are the leader and provide motivation, direction, and support to your team.Problem Solver.
