A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position.Job duties/Accountabilities:Lead the execution of the territory deployment strategy with inputs to optimizationManage data transformation to supply campaign leads through SalesForce CRM toolWork within various database environments such as Teradata to create and deliver data ensuring accuracy and territory qualityInvestigate and work towards the resolution process for data issuesAnalyze and evaluate territory and channel performanceEffectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholdersParticipate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growthEnsure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelinesWork collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups such as BI, marketing, regional services and customer careCritical QualificationsStrong data analytics & problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions.Proficiency in MS suite, specifically MS ExcelProficiency in programming languages including SAS, SQL, Tableau, Teradata etc.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization.Solid business analytics and financial acumenExcellent communication skillsPreferred QualificationsA University Degree focusing on Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or EngineeringSalesForce Admin experienceGIS Visualization skills - dashboard creation and GIS/geospatial analysisExperience in territory planning and workforce management#LIST1Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : VerdunApplication Deadline: 04/30/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
