And together, with our third-party logistics and A&D Wholesale operations, we’re proud to be a Canadian leader in specialty health care.Your future starts hereWe are seeking a motivated and independent individual to fill the function of Strategic Partner Relations (SPR) to cover the Atlantic region for Neurology patients with a strong focus on growing our share in Multiple Sclerosis. The SPR strategically maintains and expands relationships with important external heath care professionals in Neurology, with a strong focus on Multiple Sclerosis patients.Key functions include promoting the entire range of BioScript Solutions’ services, while ensuring assigned customer’s needs and expectations are met. The SPR will report directly to the Director of Business Development and work with other management colleagues.The successful candidate can be based anywhere within the four Atlantic Provinces.How you will make an impact

  • Proactively seeks out new opportunities and leads in assigned therapeutic categories to expand the partnership base in their respective territory;
  • Builds solid trusting relationships and grows the BioScript relationship with health care providers, pharmaceutical partners, hospital networks, and community sites;
  • Designs and fosters innovative solutions with health care providers;
  • Proactively identifies, pursues and delivers solutions that are mutually beneficial;
  • Collaborates with pharmaceutical partners to help design solutions to support our mutual success;
  • Identifies and communicates internally and externally the customer’s short term and long term strategic objectives;
  • Analyzes business opportunities, market potential, and pursues opportunities in alignment with our strategy;
  • Awareness of the competitive landscape and offerings. Actively engages with other business units and leaders to ensure delivery of leading offerings to our partners;
  • Identifies, assesses and manages risk while striving to attain organizational objectives and targets;
  • Participates in the implementation of new pharmaceutical product launches when applicable;
  • Participates at industry events/conferences, engaging with customers through these forums.
What you’ll bring to our team
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 5+ years of industry experience and sales experience;
  • Bilingualism is an asset;
  • Proven track record of success;
  • Able to travel extensively throughout assigned region,
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, motivate, inspire and build strategic relationships with external stakeholders effortlessly (health care related industry is an asset);
  • Ability to collaborate with internal parties when offering services to external partners;
  • Business acumen and relationship management experience;
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills, are required to represent BioScript Solutions;
  • Proven problem solving skills;
  • Creative and innovative;
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated;
  • Demonstrated agility and positive response to ambiguity and change; and
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
