You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe SAP SuccessFactors Integration Lead is responsible for successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) HCM suite integration projects. As the SF Integration Lead, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration & development, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SF integration. You will also be responsible for understanding and developing technical requirements with clients that utilize middleware technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, etc. for SF integration to SAP on-premises and other third-party systems such as payroll & time and attendance systems. You will provide functional and technical knowledge & manage client relationships. You will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate SF technology into the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business results. IBM is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseSeveral years of experience working in client facing assignments, leading complex interface technical design and architecture design efforts, managing technical issues and risksProficiency with different middleware technologies like SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP SuccessFactors Integration - Employee Central Payroll, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO etc.Proven experience and deep understanding in designing solutions with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Time & Attendance, Kronos, SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, SAP SuccessFactors Extensions on SAP Cloud PlatformExcellent understanding of XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON, Restful and SOAP APIsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience in developing Groovy or Java scriptsPosses ‘SAP Certified Integration Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid’ certificationPrevious implementation and/or integration experience with SAP HCM, or other established on-premises or on-demand Talent Management solutions (i.e., Kronos, ADP, WorkForce Software, Ceridian, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.)Certifications or trainings in other modules of SuccessFactors HCM suite such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning Management, SAP Time & AttendanceEnd-to-end SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS implementation experienceAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
