IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe SAP SuccessFactors Integration Lead is responsible for successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) HCM suite integration projects. As the SF Integration Lead, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration & development, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SF integration. You will also be responsible for understanding and developing technical requirements with clients that utilize middleware technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, etc. for SF integration to SAP on-premises and other third-party systems such as payroll & time and attendance systems. You will provide functional and technical knowledge & manage client relationships. You will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate SF technology into the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business results.
