Job Description

Summer Grounds person, The Alexander, Halifax, NS(May 2, 2022 – September 30, 2022)Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:KMP.UN), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.This is a seasonal position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. If you are a team player with proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment this may be the opportunity for you.Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of front entrance and lobby area
  • Daily garbage pick up
  • Watering of interior/exterior planters daily
  • Keeping the area clean of dust coming from the adjacent site under construction
  • All other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work as a team, and also under minimal supervision
