ROSNO Managementamp; Leasing is looking for a Building Superintendent to maintain one of our larger buildings in Halifax, who is passionate about creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our tenants. Couples welcome.Responsibilities:• Be the main point of contact for tenants on site and address their concerns• Showing units to potential tenants, move in/out inspections • Rent collection and delivery of communication to tenants• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas – sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc. • Maintaining the cleanliness of the building surrounds • Lawn maintenance• Snow removal • Cleaning vacant units • Basic maintenance duties – painting, plumbing, drywall, carpentry repairs • Assist contractors on site • Ensure the building is secure at all times• Arrange and log maintenance of all annual inspections required for the building to operate safely and efficiently• Turn over units as necessary by completing minor required repairs, painting and cleaningQualifications:• Clean record• Ability to complete basic maintenance • Previous experience as a building manager required • Reliable, organized and able to work well with a team and independentlyWhat We Offer:• Competitive Salary• Flexible hours• Health Benefits*Applicants must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada.
