LaunchPad Associate roles are available in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Halifax. Program Overview:• Initial Training: As a LAUNCHPAD Associate you #39;ll start with our Head Office Business Development team, learning TPH #39;s value proposition, prospecting, and developing opportunities with new and existing TPH customers.• Field Experience: Gain hands-on experience in various Local Production Centres (LPCs), working alongside production teams to deliver exceptional#39;raving fan #39; customer experiences.• Permanent Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, secure a permanent position at a TPH Local Production Centre.This is an immersive and challenging six-month program but for those who are ready to take it on and work hard, you will learn a lot of valuable technical knowledge and customer service skills, meet new people across our talented TPH network and launch your career journey at TPH!What You #39;ll Gain:• Skills: Real work experience in business development, time management, technical production know-how, customer service, delivering unreasonable hospitality and problem­ solving• Networking: Work alongside and network with TPH managers and teams across various LPCs• Growth: Opportunities to take initiative, grow, and add responsibility, focusing on continuous improvement by creating reference documentation and tools to help all TPH team members grow• High-Performing Team: Be part of a team who #39;s daily purpose is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations to retain customers for life and drive positive word of mouth for TPH to attract new customers• Permanent Position: Following the program join a TPH Local Production Centre team where you #39;ll leverage your skills and LAUNCHPAD experience to deliver exceptional solutions and create#39;raving fan #39; customer experiences• Pitch Perfect Competition: Gain presentation experience by working on a business development project that culminates in a pitch to a real clientQualifications:• Education: Graduating or graduated from an accredited Graphic Communications college/University program• Customer Service:quot;Can do quot; attitude with a focus on exceeding expectations and relationship-building• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on#39;doing it right the first time #39;• Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Coachable: Team player, open to feedback, and adaptable to new technologies• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign); Enfocus Pitstop is a plus.• Passion for Printing: A genuine interest in building your career in the printing industryProgram Details:• Start Date: Monday, May 5th, 2025• Reports To: Business Development Manager and TPH Manager at assigned LPCs• Location: In-person at TPH Halifax, Barrington Street, and TPH Dartmouth, Akerley Blvd., NS.Occasionally LAUNCHPAD Associates may be required to attend business events and/or other regional local production centre for staff coverageJoin Us: Be part of our next LAUNCHPAD cohort with future management potential.Commitment to Diversityamp; Equality:TPH is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is respected and valued for their contributions and has opportunity to grow and develop.
