  • Deliver professional, caring customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions about policies, claims, and coverage
  • Educate clients on our life insurance offerings, including final expense
  • Resolve client concerns with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and updates
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience (insurance or financial services is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM software, Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, independent, and coachable with an entrepreneurial spirit
