Job Description

Digital Content SpecialistCarmens Group is looking for an artistic, technical and passionate Digital Content Specialist to join our Head Office team!You will play a key role in planning and executing engaging digital content for a portfolio of premium foodamp; hospitality brands. You Will Have the Opportunity To:
  • Design visually stunning graphics for print, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more
  • Develop both static and video content for social media, including organic and paid ads
  • Implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on campaign development and management
  • Capture high-quality photographs at events
  • Participate actively in our marketing calendar and initiatives
  • Measure and analyze the results of marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier Pro
  • Post Secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or Advertising
  • Passion for industry, foodamp; beverage experience/knowledge of hospitality industry considered an asset
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, great communication, sense of urgency and organizational skill
  • An effective team player and able to work collaboratively and independently with venues and leadership
  • Strong work ethic, team oriented, positive, and energetic with a great sense of humour!
