Our goal Nurture every client through the homebuilding process with honesty, attention, and heart.Learn more about us at: https://everafterhomes.ca/ As our Project Coordinator, you #39;ll be the link between our clients, trade partners, and internal team. You #39;ll use structured systems and strong communication to ensure that every detail is tracked and every milestone is met. You won #39;t be left guessing where a project stands; our systems are strong, your role is clearly defined, and your voice will matter.Responsibilities

  • Keep projects running smoothly using JobTread project management software
  • Coordinate and confirm walkthroughs, inspections, and trade schedules
  • Support clients with onboarding, updates, and walk-through coordination
  • Track permits, approvals, change orders, budgets, and other key documents
  • Maintain clear records of materials, vendor communication, and site progress
  • Ensure project phases follow our design-build process
  • Attend internal meetings to identify and solve potential roadblocks early
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and the site teams
Qualifications
  • Must have 2 or more years of experience in project coordination or admin (preferably in construction/design/build)
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and confident with Google Workspace
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally
  • Enjoy creating structure and helping others stay aligned
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver #39;s license
  • Excited about being part of something long-term
  • Experience with JobTread software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Tarion Warranty and Ontario permitting processes
  • Experience translating complex steps into clear action items
  • A calm, collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • You care about people, not just projects, you value relationships

Compensationamp; Benefits

  • Competitive salary range at $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience
