Job Description

Endo Networks is a marketing company that partners with leading organizations to run campaigns that matter; we help amplify important causes through authentic, face-to-face engagement.We are looking for passionate and engaging Fundraisers to join our team for an exciting hospital-based campaign in Hamilton. You will be at the forefront of this meaningful initiative, working inside local hospital settings to raise awareness and inspire donors to support vital healthcare programs.This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference in your community while growing your communication and outreach skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

  • Expected Start Date: May 20, 2025
  • Pay Rate: $22.00/hour + 4.00/hour bonus
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, occasional weekends
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize innovative and creative marketing strategies to capture the public #39;s attention and generate interest in the Foundation #39;s mission.
  • Engage and Educate: Initiate meaningful conversations with individuals to educate them about the Foundation #39;s initiatives and the impact of their donations.
  • Inspire Action: Inspire potential donors by sharing stories and testimonials of individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by the Foundation #39;s programs.
  • Meet Fundraising Goals: Work towards achieving ambitious fundraising targets, contributing to the campaign #39;s overall success and the Foundation #39;s mission.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse and enthusiastic team, sharing insights, strategies, and successes to drive collective results.
Requirements

  • Engaging Communicator: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the Foundation #39;s message compellingly and persuasively.
  • Charismatic Personality: A warm and approachable demeanour that enables you to build connections and rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and meet fundraising targets, delivering results, and making a significant impact.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in various public locations and adapt to different environments to reach potential donors effectively.
  • Empathy and Sensitivity: Display empathy and sensitivity when discussing the Foundation.
