She is up to date with navigating the current job market and her friendly demeanor made our meetings a positive experience. She was very helpful with updating my resume, including identifying key words and skills, and her interview preparation helped me land an amazing career. I cannot recommend this service enough!! May 10, 2018 My personal experience with Path was that they can be a bit limited. As an individual with a hidden disability and reasonable communication skills, but who still faces barriers to sustained employment; It felt like I was deemed low priority. I wasn #39;t always kept in the communication loop and had to chase for updates regarding them following up with employers on my behalf. On one occasion my email request for information went unreplied for over a week. Naturally Path are limited by funding, and disabilities encompass such a broad spectrum that it #39;s a constant learning curve for all involved.I received a call from one of the managers at Path after posting my original review. We talked at length about my experience and how they are constantly striving to improve the service. They definitely care and that means a lot. The call was constructive and very much appreciated. If you are considering using this service then my advice is to be completely open and upfront about your requirements. If you #39;re not satified with something then let them know. I had been out of my field for about 3 years before an interview with a EC at Path. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. My EC was incredible, going out of her way to help me get both my resume and cover letters updated, and personally pursing job oppurtunites for me. I am proud to say that I have gotten a job and have re-entered my field. Beyond grateful to my EC and PATH Employement in general. May 24, 2018 My personal experience with Path is great. They helped me with my job finding. It is a great place to go when you are not sure how to proceed with your first job finding.
