Job Description

Global Infosys is a leading company in the computer and network security industry. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them solve their complex IT challenges and optimize their technology infrastructure.In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, conduct thorough assessments of their current technology environment, and develop customized solutions to address their specific needs. You will also be responsible for implementing and configuring new systems, as well as providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of computer and network security principles, as well as a strong background in IT infrastructure and operations. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will often be working directly with clients and presenting your recommendations.Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients #39; technology infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop customized solutions to meet clients #39; specific IT needs and budget constraints
  • Implement and configure new systems, including hardware, software, and network components
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in computer and network security
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and security measures
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role
  • Strong background in computer and network security principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring enterprise-level IT systems and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Professional certifications a plus
