Expansion projects valued at US $9 billion that reached full production by 4th Quarter 2017 and provided a wide range of new high value-added products, some of which are exclusive to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORWe are currently looking forTechnical Marketing Specialist to be responsible for supporting and promoting the company #39;s technical products and services, working closely with the Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Marketing, Logistics and Product Development teams to communicate effectively with Marketers and related stakeholders. This role involves creating engaging marketing content, providing technical support for Customers, Marketers, Sales, and conducting product optimization, effective product applications as well as market research to stay abreast of industry trends.LHR Americas will accompany you at every stage of this process.REQUIREMENTSBachelor #39;s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.· A minimum of 5 years proven experience in polymer processes technology, technical marketing, product management, or sales preferably in the polymer or chemical industry.· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of marketing metrics and analysis.DUTIESamp; RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop marketing materials and technical content for product data sheets, presentations, white papers and product case studies.· Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, product development, sales, and marketing teams to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.· Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams during product demonstrations and customer meetings.· Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to contribute to product and marketing strategy development.· Organize and lead product training sessions for the sales team to ensure product knowledge is current and accurate.· Support the development and execution of targeted marketing plans, drive sales, and increase customer engagement.· Measure and analyze plant performance, product performance within the related technology processes.
