We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, a great attitude and an interest in cooking delicious food. This is a part-time position that offers competitive pay and a chance to learn classical italian, french and mediterranean cuisine hands-on.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness during and at the end of shift.
  • Prepare and gather ingredients for dishes.
  • Clean, cut and prepare produce and meat.
  • Package food for transport to venues.
  • Assist chefs in preparing dishes.
Required Skills:
  • Good knife-work.
  • Safe food handling.
  • Good listening.
  • Basic kitchen knowledge.
  • Ability to be on feet for most of shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely.
Job Types: Part-time, CasualSalary: $16.75-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
