Reporting to the Service Desk Lead and Technical Support Lead, the Field Technician is responsible for the technical support of all end users at their assigned locations and, on occasion, at other locations as well. Central to this will be the use of a help desk system where they will plan, create and manage support tickets. Support to the end user will be provided both in person and remotely via phone and/or a remote desktop connection.QUALIFICATIONS:
