Job Description

We’re seeking a personal assistant to join our progressive team of professionals where we focus on the wellness of our team members and the community. This is currently a one-year contract for Tuesday and Thursday days with some flexibility around start and end times to accommodate your needs such as childcare.Our ideal candidate is confident and can provide consistent, timely, caring and professional support as needed whether in setting up and resetting therapy spaces (this does require being able to get onto and off of the floor consistently), or through phone and email correspondence with our clients and community stakeholders. The role will also require confidential record keeping, billing, and timely ordering of necessary supplies and stocking.Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to remain focused
  • Mature, motivated, confident, and empowered self-starter with integrity
  • An open-minded, flexible, non-judgmental and non-oppressive attitude
  • A criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  • The signing of a confidentiality agreement
