The Recruitment Specialist works collaboratively with the business to define recruitment needs and job requirements; manages the job posting process then proactively sources, assesses and identifies qualified candidates through the Applicant Tracking System. The successful candidate will interview candidates, maintain candidate databases and follow-up in a timely manner, as well as monitor and apply recruitment best practices while providing analytical, well documented reports for use by all teams.
